The board, legal representative, accountant, and a manager responsible for human resources, should get together and put in place the systems that address legal compliance, including annual reports, strategic plans, financial statements, code of ethics, IRS form 990, etc. Also included will be employee records, recruitment records, interview records, and pay records. Financial records should also be included in this assessment process.
